These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing and order you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these conditions do not continue to use or access this website.

Our use of analytics and targeted advertising tools

We use tools such as Google Analytics to analyse Google’s interest-based advertising data and/or third-party audience data (such as age, marital status, life event, gender and interests) to target and improve our marketing campaigns, marketing strategies and website content. We may also use tools provided by other third parties, such as Facebook, Content Square, Adroll, Responsys, Criteo and Bing to perform similar tasks, using your Contact, Technical, Usage and Profile Data.

ORDERS

Every effort will be made to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

You place the order for your products on the web-site by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the web-site. We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.

As your product is shipped from our shop we will send you a dispatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our conditions set out below.

Non acceptance of an order may take place in the following circumstances:
1 .The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
3. The identification of a pricing or product description error.
4. You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Conditions of Use. The contract will be concluded in English.

 

SHIPPING

All delivery charges apply to UK Mainland only. We do not deliver outside of the UK. If an item is in stock we will aim to deliver it within 3-5 working days. If an item is out of stock and may need to be freshly made, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. All orders are processed between 8am-3pm GMT Monday to Friday, so your order may roll on to the next working day for processing if it is received outside of these times. Your order may take slightly longer to prepare during busy times. In this instance you will be contacted to reconfirm the order.

Our products are very carefully packaged for delivery, however, occasionally breakages may happen during transit. If you have received items that have been damaged in transit or does not arrive in the state it should then please take a photograph as proof and email us at helo@cwyrcain.cymru along with the order number. Damages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Once the goods have been confirmed as damaged we can proceed with arranging a refund or replacement. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you will be delighted with your order, however, if you are not satisfied for any reason and are an UK buyer, you may return items in their original packaging which means being unused and not damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

Please notify us of your intention to return your items to us in writing by email to helo@cwyrcain.cymru stating your order ID number including the reason for the return. We will contact you to discuss the reason and to arrange the refund or replacement.

You may return your purchase for a refund, within 7 days of receiving it and with valid proof of purchase, by posting the item(s) back to us at your own cost using a trackable delivery service. Please note that we are unable to refund the original delivery charge. We cannot accept damaged or lost returns and reserve the right to reduce your return if you do not send it using a trackable secure method.

 

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order then you must inform us by email within 7 working days following the date of receipt of goods in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You must take reasonable care of the products and ensure that they are unused and fit for resale as brand new in the original packaging and with a receipt. You must return all goods to us promptly. When you cancel an order, the responsibility and cost of returning the goods is with you the buyer. 

 

FAULTY GOODS (not damaged in transit)

Once you have received the goods we ask that you please contact us within 24hrs to inform us by email if the product appears to be faulty, we will then contact you to arrange for the product to be examined. Once the goods have been confirmed as faulty, a replacement will be sent, 

However, if the goods are confirmed as faulty and you have requested a refund this will be made within 1-2 weeks. 

 

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under the laws of England and Wales you must:

1. Register by providing your real name, phone number, postal/delivery address, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information.
2. Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
By making an offer to buy a Product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

 

PAYMENT

All prices are stated in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account prior to dispatch of orders.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 

ORDER AMENDMENTS

Unfortunately we are unable to amend your order once it has been submitted. Please note that this includes changing the size, colour or fragrance of an item, removing or changing an item, changing the delivery address or any payment methods.


SALES AND DISCOUNTS

Please note that only one discount code can be used per transaction and can only be applied to full price items, unless otherwise stated. Discount codes can only be used for online transactions on www.cwyrcain.cymru

All sale items are non-refundable. An exchange will be considered if the item is in its original condition and with proof of purchase/receipt. An exchange will be to the value of the sale price paid at the time of purchase. All exchanges are at the discretion of Cwyr Cain.
