Shipping Policy – UK Delivery ONLY

Our products are all handmade and preparation and dispatch of your order will normally be completed within 3-5 working days of receipt (unless otherwise stated) however at busy times your order may take slightly longer to prepare. In this instance you will be contacted to reconfirm the order. If an item is out of stock and may need to be freshly made, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time. If you have a specific deadline for delivery, we recommend that you please contact us before placing your order and we will be able to confirm whether we can meet your requirements before payment is made. Please see our Terms & Conditions for protocols if products are damaged in transit.

We offer FREE UK Mainland delivery on all orders over £50. Please contact us via our email to discuss delivery costs outside UK Mainland. Orders will be sent using standard Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery service. The cost for 2nd class standard delivery of orders up to and including £50.00 is £3.95. Royal Mail 2nd Class can usually be expected within 2-3 days after dispatch. We offer an upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service at £4.95 which can usually be expected the very next working day but can take up to 2 working days following dispatch. Please note that this is not a tracked service. Large or high value orders may be sent via courier if deemed appropriate.

Large or high value orders may be sent via courier. The estimated time standard is 48 hours from the date the Courier picks up the order from us. Should you require any additional insurance or other delivery methods (which may include an additional cost) please contact us before ordering.


Returns Policy

It is our wish that you are happy with your purchase from Cwyr Cain, however, if you are not satisfied for any reason and are an UK Mainland buyer, you may return items in their original packaging which means being unused and not damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

Hand-made noted products such as candles and melt burners are subject to slight imperfections which is part of the production process, no refunds will be granted based on these matters.

Please notify us of your intention to return your items to us in writing by email to stating your order ID number including the reason for the return. We will contact you to discuss the reason and to arrange the refund or replacement.

You may return your purchase for a refund, within 7 days of receiving it and with valid proof of purchase, by posting the item(s) back to us at your own cost using a trackable delivery service. Please note that we are unable to refund the original delivery charge. We cannot accept damaged or lost returns and reserve the right to reduce your return if you do not send it using a trackable secure method.
